  1. Can you tell us a bit about your early life and what inspired you to pursue a career in aesthetics and nutrition?

I pursued a career in aesthetics because I believe first impressions and self-care are vital. During a challenging time in my life, focusing on my diet, exercise, and appearance helped improve my mental health. This experience showed me how self-care can transform how others see us and how we feel about ourselves. My aesthetic business and passion for nutrition are rooted in this journey, highlighting the importance of self-care inside out.

  1. Every successful career has its fair share of challenges. Can you share some of your struggles and how you overcame them?

I faced many challenges on my path to success, often hearing ‘no’ when seeking help or selling something. I learned that ‘no’ should motivate you to push harder. I experienced rejection, lost friends and money, but realised the importance of investing in myself instead of saving. Putting money into education, products, and opportunities helped me grow. Even the wealthy constantly invest and work hard. People often wonder how I achieved my goals, but it’s about reinvesting and embracing your uniqueness. It took years of persistent self-investment, but eventually, I stopped hearing ‘no’ and started hearing ‘yes.’

  1. What motivated you to create the ISPY Emergency Glow Serum? And how has it been received by the public?

I invented the iSpy Emergency Glow Serum in response to the high demand for an effective glow treatment. Currently, this product is exclusive to my company, providing clients with immediate, overnight results. The serum gives a healthy glow to all skin tones without altering the natural colour. The treatment involves micro-needling the serum into the skin with fine needles and finishing with a laser light to activate the product.

My motivation for developing the iSpy Glow Serum stemmed from the highly competitive aesthetics market, where doctors, dentists, and beauticians offer similar services. Instead of competing, I chose to create a product that other aesthetic practitioners could professionally use and inject. Though it’s currently exclusive to my clients, the results have been exceptional—99% of my clients report a noticeable glow within 24 hours. However, it’s a temporary fix, and I recommend treatments every six weeks for sustained results.

  1. How do you blend your passion for aesthetics and nutrition into daily routines?

I blend my passion for aesthetics and nutrition by practising what I teach. I believe food is a medicine that can prevent and reverse diseases. As we age, our health choices become crucial. We can stay active into our later years or face immobility. Lifestyle choices like smoking, drinking, and eating junk food versus consuming fresh produce significantly impact our health. Health is wealth that money can’t buy; we rent our bodies with proper nutrition and exercise. By embodying this philosophy, I ensure I look great on the outside and feel great on the inside, showcasing a holistic approach to health and wellness.

  1. What sets ISPY Emergency Glow Serum apart from other skincare products?

The iSpy Aesthetic Care Glow Serum is very unique and represents me. I use it exclusively in my aesthetic treatments, and it is not for sale at the moment. Soon, I will be launching it as a product for home use, allowing everyone to achieve immediate results. What makes this serum special is the secret blend of ingredients and the bespoke French techniques I use to inject it. Each treatment is tailored to the individual, ensuring no two treatments are the same. This customization takes into account different skin types and diets, making the iSpy Aesthetic Care Glow Serum unique to each patient. It’s not a one-size-fits-all product; it’s a personalised experience designed to meet the specific needs of each client.

  1. As an International Humanitarian Goodwill Ambassador, what are some of the causes you are most passionate about and why?

As a British Pakistani member of the International Human Rights Commission, RFT, representing Great Britain is a great honour. Being part of a minority in London gives me a unique perspective and fuels my passion for advocating minority rights. This role empowers me to represent and support all minorities, regardless of gender, sexuality, or occupation. My goal is to normalise the unconventional and foster a compassionate society. We all face struggles, and empathy is key. I believe in leading by example and striving for a positive impact in this deeply humanitarian role.

  1. How do you balance your time and energy between your professional responsibilities and humanitarian efforts?

I learned early that working just for money is soul-crushing. Instead, I made my lifestyle my career. I love humanitarian work, nutrition, exercise, aesthetics, and meeting new people. My focus is on doing what I love every day, not just earning money. This makes my work fulfilling and less stressful. Alhamdulillah (praise be to Allah), I’m not driven by a desperate need for income. I do what I love because it brings me joy and helps others. I view my life as a retired way of living, dedicated to my passions 24/7, spending my last years happy, healthy, and helping others.

  1. If you could go back and give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?

I’m proud of myself and wouldn’t change a thing about my past. It led me to where I am and brought me my two beautiful kids. I pray they will become their best, unique selves and live fulfilling lives. I always remind them to remember who their grandparents and parents are.

  1. What are some of your future goals? Are there any upcoming projects or initiatives you’re particularly excited about?

My future goals include reducing plastic use in the dental industry, empowering people to live confidently, and promoting beauty, respect, and gratitude. I aim to reform the legal system and educate individuals on self-representation. I also want to assist in humanitarian crises with the Human Rights Organization, teaching the poor how to build sustainable futures. By providing skills and resources, I hope to extend opportunities to the less fortunate, ensuring equality, compassion, and humanitarianism for all.
